2026 NEVADA JUDGES OF LIMITED JURISDICTION SEMINAR

Registration is now open for the 2026 Winter Nevada Judges of Limited Jurisdiction Seminar scheduled for January 27–30, 2026. No preauthorization for travel (formerly known as an ER form) is required from Nevada Justices of the Peace or from Municipal Court Judges. Your registration through ClearVantage Online (CVO) is sufficient, and registration will close on January 7, 2026.  

Judges and faculty will be required to make their own hotel reservations with the venue. The AOC will reimburse attendees the group rate of $119 per night plus taxes. Rooms should be booked starting on Tuesday, January 27th, unless attendance is required at the Monday South Central Regional Judicial Council meeting, the Tuesday morning NJLJ Board meeting or the Education Committee. All other travelers should not travel until Tuesday morning, to arrive before the seminar begins at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27th. All rooms must be reserved before the rooming block closes at the end of the day on Monday, January 5, 2025. *Any canceled room charges are NOT reimbursable by the AOC.

Attendees electing to bring a guest to the reception on Tuesday, January 27th are required to pay a fee of $58 for each guest. A guest fee of $57 will be charged for the banquet dinner on Thursday, January 29th. Registration and payment will be completed as you register for this seminar in CVO. In order to guarantee meal requests, the deadline for registration will be January 7, 2025.
