NEVADA JUDGES OF LIMITED JURISDICTION 2026 SUMMER SEMINAR

Registration is now open for the Nevada Judges of Limited Jurisdiction 2026 Summer Seminar, scheduled for June 10-12, 2026. No preauthorization for travel (formerly known as an ER form) is required for this seminar. Your registration through ClearVantage Online (CVO) is sufficient, and registration will close on Monday, May 11, 2026.  

Judges and faculty will be required to make their own hotel reservations with the venue. The AOC will reimburse attendees the group rate of $110 per night plus applicable taxes and fees. Rooms should be booked starting on Wednesday, June 10th, unless attendance is required at the Tuesday South Central Regional Judicial Council meeting, the Wednesday morning NJLJ Board meeting or the Education Committee. All other travelers should not travel until Wednesday morning, to arrive before the seminar begins at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10th. The Seminar will end at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12th. Lodging costs will not be covered for Friday night unless an exception is requested from AOCaccounting@nvcourts.nv.gov before the event begins. All rooms must be reserved before the rooming block closes at the end of the day on Monday, May 11, 2026. *Any canceled room charges are NOT reimbursable by the AOC.

Attendees electing to bring a guest to the dinner on Thursday, June 11th, are required to pay a fee of either $35 or $45, depending on the entrée choice, for each guest. Registration and payment will be completed as you register for this seminar in CVO. In order to guarantee meal requests, the deadline for registration will be Monday, May 11, 2026.
